The Required First Step. The Foundation Session is a 60-minute, private 1-on-1 training and assessment with Cash at Fitness 1440 in Gilbert. This session is required for anyone interested in ongoing private training. It is designed for individuals who want clarity, structure, and direction - Not random workouts or casual drop-ins. During this session, we evaluate your current fitness level, identify the highest-impact opportunities for improvement, and outline a personalized training roadmap based on your goals, lifestyle, and experience level. What’s Included: ✅ Private consultation and tour of Fitness 1440 ✅ Full-body InBody scan to assess muscle mass, body fat, and baseline metrics ✅ Movement and strength assessment to determine your true starting point ✅ Hands-on personalized training session (not a generic workout) ✅ Strategic roadmap outlining your recommended next steps Spots are limited and booked in advance. Payment is required to reserve your session. Who This Is For: This session is best suited for people who are serious about improving their body, performance, and consistency. If you’re looking for a quick workout, casual drop-in, or free consultation, this is not the right fit.


Cancellation Policy
📋 Advance Fitness – Booking & Cancellation Policy To protect your time and mine and to keep every session productive and respectful the following policy applies across all Advance Fitness services: ✅ Booking Guidelines • All sessions must be scheduled in advance • Sessions are 45–60 minutes, unless otherwise noted • Space is limited, early booking is encouraged for semi-private and 1-on-1 training ⏳ Cancellation Policy • A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session • Late cancellations (under 12 hours) or no-shows will result in the session being marked as used • One reschedule per session is allowed with proper notice 💥 Trial / Drop-In Policy • Trial and drop-in sessions are designed for new clients to experience the training style • After your second drop-in, clients must choose one of the following: – Enroll in a training membership (semi-private, 1-on-1, or app) – Purchase a gym membership and upgrade to a training plan 🔄 Session Rollovers • Sessions do not roll over month to month • Missed sessions must be used within the current billing cycle • Make-up sessions may be granted at trainer’s discretion if space allows 🧠 Expectations • Please arrive on time and ready to train • Communicate any injuries or limitations before starting • Respect the training environment - this is a shared space for growth and progress 📌 Refunds • All purchases are non-refundable once booked • Credit or make-up options may be offered for emergencies, travel, or injury with trainer approval 🧾 Advance Fitness App Clients • App subscriptions are billed monthly and include: – Custom workouts – Full meal plan – Progress tracking – Monthly check-ins and direct trainer messaging • The Advance Fitness App does not include gym access. clients must maintain their own access to a facility if needed • App access renews monthly unless canceled in advance ✅ Agreement Confirmation By booking or enrolling in any service with Advance Fitness, you acknowledge and agree to follow the terms outlined above.
